Shipping & Returns
Shipping within the United Kingdom is FREE.
UK orders will typically arrive within 5-7 working days from receipt of order. We print-to-order, so several days are required before we dispatch your order.
All our orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa.
Because we custom print each artwork to order, we cannot accept any returns. If a print is damaged on arrival due to shipping, please contact us.
Returns
We love our products and hope you do too. We regretfully do not accept any returns or exchanges for products purchased off our online store.
If however an item is damaged upon arrival, we will set you up with an exchange* item. Simply send us an email at studio@jubey.co.za with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
*Damage exchanges/returns only valid within 7 days of receipt of order. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all collateral.
